Development Company, Inc. SCOPE OF WORK: 240 acres of commercial site development for five large Anchor stores and 18 retail stores, totaling approximately 1,150,000 SF. Mass earthwork and grading of over 600,000 CY, and import / placement of 230,000 CY of structural fill. Construction of approximately 47,000 LF of onsite and offsite sanitary sewer and drainage improvements, including Jack & Bore under Rt. 130, onsite sewage pump station and 12' x 9' drainage box culvert and related concrete work. Offsite earthwork and drainage improvements for Edgebrook Road widening. Fast track project to be completed in 12 months.
