SCOPE OF WORK: Complete Site Improvements consisting of:

Site surveying / construction layout & as-builts
Miscellaneous site demolition (curb, pavement, pipe removals).
Soil erosion control measures.
Mass earthwork (30,000 CY), site grading, and topsoil placement.
Import & placement of structural fill for building pad construction.
Building foundation excavation & backfill.
Construction of 1700 LF of storm drainage (15" to 30" Dia. RCP) and storm water management basin and control structures.
Construction of 2900 LF of 6" PVC sanitary sewer system.
Construction of 1700 LF of 8" x 12" DIP fire-water system.
Construction of 1450 LF of 3" x 6" domestic-water system.
Excavation, backfill, concrete encasement, and pull-boxes for 270 LF of electrical conduit system.
Excavation, backfill and pull-boxes for 360 LF of communication system.
Excavation and backfill for 375 LF of steam and condensation system.
Construction of concrete curb, sidewalks and service entry pad.
Construction of DGA subbase and bituminous pavement for roads and parking areas.
Rock excavation for utility installation.
