Construction of new roadway and infastructure.
Clearing of approximately 30 acres.
Removal of approximately 10,000 sy of existing roadway.
Mass excavation, grading, construction of detention basins, and topsoil replacement, approximately 175,000 CY.
Construction of approximately 7,000 LF of sanitary sewer (8", 12" & 15") gravity main.
Installation of approximately 7,350 LF of storm drainage, (18" to 42" dia. ), including 2 storm water management basins and control structures.
Construction of 7,350 LF of water distribution main ( 8" & 12" Dia.).
Installation of approximately 21,550 lf of granite block curb.
Construction of approximately 38,800 sy of new roadway and 5,300 sy of bituminous path.
