OWNER/DEVELOPER:		Joint venture between Atlantic Realty, Inc. and SGS Communities, Inc.

Construction of 294 Units along existing golf course including temporary and permanent reconfiguration of golf course.
Mass earthwork and grading of approximately 535,000 CY including 120,000 CY of soil remediation and 4 detention basins.
Construction of approximately 18,370 LF of onsite sanitary sewer to depths of 25' plus service laterals.
Construction of 460 LF of Sanitary Sewer Aerial Bridge including 4 concrete abutments, 4 concrete piers and setting of 6 prefabricated steel bridge spans.
Sewage pump station and approx. 1000 LF of force main.
Construction of approx. 25,700 LF of storm drainage, 15" to 42" dia. 16,400 LF of water distribution main (8", 10" & 12" Dia.).
