Mass earthwork and grading of approximately 750,000 CY and construction of 5 related storm water management basins and control structures (5- Wet Basins, 1- Dry Basin). Construction of approximately 40,000 LF of onsite sanitary sewer (8", 10" & 12" gravity main) and service laterals. Construction of 1,830 LF of 12" offsite sanitary sewer main to depths of 30 ft., including deepwell dewatering. Construction of approx. 37,700 LF of storm drainage, 15" to 42" diameter, and 105 LF of 6' x 4.5' Box Culvert and 100 LF of 7' x 4.5' Box Culvert. Installed approx. 2,400 Tons of rip-rap outlet protection. Construction of 31,700 LF of (8, 10, 12" water distribution System.
