Approx. 200,000 CY of mass earthwork, and construction of temporary and permanent storm water management basins with clay liners and river-stone lap rings
Complete houseline and lot excavation, grading and topsoiling
Construction of approx. 4,200 LF of 8" & 10" sanitary sewer main to depths of 34 ft., including trench de-watering
Construction of approx. 6,325 LF of storm sewer ( 15" to 48" RCP), and related storm water management structures
Construction of approx. 8,150 LF of 6" storm underdrain system to depths of 24 ft., including trench de-watering
Construction of approx. 7,500 LF of 6" storm collector drain system
Construction of approx. 7,750 LF of 8", 10", & 12" DIP water distribution system
Construction of approx. 1,000 LF of 12" DIP off-site water distribution system, including township road restoration
Installation of 20,100 LF of granite block curb
Construction of approx. 29,450 SY of DGA pavement subbase, stab. base and FABC surface course pavement
